All the mothers of the town hated Huckleberry as he was a bad character. Yet, children admired him because of his way of living.

Tom envied Huckleberry secretly for his way of living, where he had to follow no rules of the society.
He never had to wash or get up early. He slept anywhere. Instead of going to school, he could go swimming or fishing whenever he wanted.
3. What adventure did Tom and Huck plan?
Tom and Huck planned to go to the graveyard in the night and throw a bury the dead cat in the grave of the horse Williams, who had died on that Saturday. This, according to Huck, was the best way to get rid of warts.
4. Why was the teacher angry with Tom?
Being asked the reason for getting late to the school, Tom replied to the teacher that he had stopped to talk to Huckleberry Finn. This made the teacher angry with him.
